Event Rental Fees        

Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening - $300.00

Monday through Thursday evening - $250.00

Evening Rental Details

  • The evening rental rate includes access to the full space from 4pm to 11pm. Set up and tear down must be completed between these hours.

  • Hometown has tables and chairs to seat up to 25 in the first floor dining room and 32 on the patio. Talk to us if you’d like to bring in additional or different seating.

  • No Hometown café or market items will be available for purchase during your evening event.

  • Rental fee is due in full to reserve an evening date.

  • 30-day cancellation notice required for full refund, 50% refund available for later cancellations.

Evening Catering Details

  • We can provide catering for your event.

    You are welcome to have the event catered by someone else or bring your own food.

  • If kitchen access is required, there is a kitchen rental fee of $100 for the evening.
